Delivery
Depending on the format, insured by courier or specialist fine art shipper from Ankara, or handed over in person in Berlin. We will state the method, date and cost in our offer.
Customs and taxes
Works are delivered from Turkey, i.e. from outside the EU. You pay the import VAT as the importer; for paintings, drawings, original prints and original sculptures it is currently 7%, and there is normally no customs duty. Your offer states the rates that apply to your work and the expected amount.
Authenticity
Every work comes with a certificate of authenticity issued by Artsürem.
Right of withdrawal
Consumers buying at a distance have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See the withdrawal policy for details.
